Your presentation covers all the stages of the UX Design course without leaving out a single detail. From the choice of the briefed problem, to the CSD matrix and the research script, your focus was on each person affected by the problem, supported by the data you gathered and from recognized institutions.
It’s clear that your personas make sense and are very complete. Side note (what a great transition from the solutions to the grid! Super cool… closing the side note). Reaching the prototyping phase, the flow is coherent, and your transition to the prototypes presents excellent improvements suggested during the usability testing.
Your solution demonstrates great capacity for innovation without losing sight of the Original Bank’s brief. Adding strategic partnership resources in a modern and responsive layout beautifully completed the overall experience!
